Your order is considered accepted only after confirmation via email or phone. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Orders cannot be cancelled once packed or dispatched.

We do not offer home delivery. Orders must be picked up at the designated lorry shed. The pickup location and time will be confirmed after order placement. Delay in pickup may incur storage charges.

All product prices displayed on our website are exclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax). GST will not be shown or calculated at the time of checkout. The applicable GST amount will be added during final billing, as per government regulations. Customers will receive a proper GST invoice upon order confirmation and payment.

Due to the nature of firework products, we do not accept returns. Refunds are issued only in the case of order cancellation before dispatch or unavailability of products. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

Fireworks must be handled responsibly. We are not liable for injuries, accidents, or damage resulting from misuse or mishandling of products. Always follow local laws and safety instructions.
